The dive spots are gorgeous and fabulous. Many decorative fish and coral reefs are exotic here. Many art statues are under the sea and coral reefs was amazing.

We are experienced snorkellers having travelled extensively specifically to snorkel. The Biorock project has been operating since 1991 but the visible live coral is minimal and despite snorkelling on several occasions we only saw a very small number of small fish. The El Nino in...More

Really great place for snorkelling. Not sure why people are saying it's not very good, don't know what more they could want. It's a great little site, loads of coral developing with loads of different fish already. We even saw a lobster. It's also right...More

It's great to see that that are trying to protect and regrow the coral here. The sculptures make the snorkelling even more interesting. Highly recommended!

When we first arrived the sea was very churned up from the wind and waves- but still snorkelling, out the 80m from the beach and getting a faint view of these 'hidden' treasures was very magical and special. We stayed in Pemuteran 5 days so fortunately...More

Enjoyed snorkelling here every day at different times whilst staying at Taman Sari. Great to go straight off the beach and see healthy fish and coral. What a fantastic programme and refreshing after seeing so many overused and dying sites. A good variety of fish...More

Great fun, snorkeling to discover all the underwater structures, like bikes, turtles, sharks, volcanos, buddha etc. Some neat aquatic life too, incl. giant an enemy protecting clown fish. Really cool for kids too.

This is a fantastic place as the locals have started to rebuild the reef that has been decimated over the years. We saw a little of it but due to the current (I think) there was so much rubbish in the water and we were...More

This biorock project is definitively worth a visit. A few meters away from the shore are many wire elements, Buddhas, bikes, etc. where you can see corals and marine life evolving. Just beautiful, for hobby snorklers and also more experienced divers!
