Nice, pretty sandy beach (not as white as the name suggests) with many places to eat. It's not the easiest spot to swim as the waves can get strong. Definitely not good for snorkeling. Worth a visit if you have time.

This little lagune beach is actually the only reason i go to padangbai,,,it has 5 small warungs, big wawes, and you can also rent sunbed and umbrella,,,,beautifuzl scenic,,,20 min walk from downtown. My favorite warung is no 1, on your right side when you face the sea. 1 sunbed incl umbrella 50.000 rp..ca 3, 2 euro
...good food drinks etc, and has a primitive toilet

Second visit and enjoyed as much as the first. Beautiful beach. Fun ,friendly workers on the beach. Lovely good . Sad to see it so quiet ,but am sure things will improve for the locals soon. Do yourself a favour ,go have a look. It's a bit of a drive from main Bali areas. ,around 2 hours , worth it.

New improved road to the beach makes access much easier.
Spend a relaxing day on a sunbed with a cool drink and offers of massages, snorkel on the small reef, lunch at one of the warungs.
A beautiful spot

Went today with family and friends and definitely worth the visit.
The sand not as white as usual no doubt due to recent heavy rains so the local kepala desa I am sure will remedy.
The water as clear as ever.
Massages great value @100,000 idr. Even reflexology by a gentleman in a funny hat. Not expensive.
Sofas only 25000 idr per day. A must.
Cold drinks and snacks available.
Finally great views coming and going.
We stop at Jepun Bali the first of a few establishments at White Beach.
Regards Pete and Chrissie.

Went to our favourite beach today and Warung Jepun shut so stopped at Warung Seabreeze. The staff very hospitable, the drinks cold and the food very tasty.
Not many customers around so if you can please support. Had my usual massage by Komeng one of the many massage ladies there and she is great value and knows her work.
Sea Breeze is a must. Especially if Jepun is shut.

Beautiful sandy beach, quiet and peaceful. Water prefect blue. All the warung offer delicious simple but fresh food. I stuck in Warung Queen Beach cause it's very clean, always super fresh fish and very nice owners.
You can rent small fishermen boat for fishing or just going around small island in front of the beach
2 ways to go down to the beach: via Prasi village - small trekking from parking place and via Bug Bug village with stunning views from top.
Both ways 10.000 rp entrance ticket.

Hi, just curious about southern access, does it have any stairs or steep path? Trying to find a beach to take my elderly mum, thanks

Is this beach easy to access from the car park? We are thinking about spending a day here but will have my elderly parents with us. One cannot walk far and has some mobility issues. Thanks for any input and information.

Is there surfing on this beach? If so, are there boards available for rent? Thank you in advance.

Can aged people visit this beach? Is this beach accessible through steps? Approximately how many steps are there?

Depends on how fit they are. It's a 5 to 10 minute walk down from the parking area via a rather bad road. No steps but not ideal if you have bad legs or walk with a stick... BUT the locals provide a scooter taxi up and down that road.

We went there on a scooter and some young men wanted us to pay them to park there, it wasn't a small fee either. Paying to park a scooter? Is that legit or a scam? It was crazy business for us as we just scooted off to a 'free' beach.

there is a fee to enter the village area above the beach, many places in Bali have this as the village has to maintain the roads but we did not pay to park
