Divine Nagaraja Temple

Slightly away from the city. Very religious and famous temple for getting devotee's wishes fulfilled. Some part of the temple is in renovation stage.

This is an ancient temple and is dedicated snake gods (nagaraja). It's in a place called manarsala close to haripad town. The ambience is serene, amidst trees, cool and quiet place. Excellent experience :) my second visit and i don't mind to go again (if possible). The temple is very old and love the environment/ambiance... very peaceful.

very divine atmosphere...nice, cool surrounding ...very vast "kavu",the abode of "sarpas"(sacred snakes}. Nagaraja and Nagayakshi temples....Apart from normal naagapoojaas, "urulikazhthal" is special for fulfilment of childless couples prayers.Sathram for stay is available in the premise itself.

The temple is located in a vast compound full of trees and with an ancestral house inside. A special environment and ambience well suited for the special diety (nagaraja and naga amma)

An old temple in the typical Kerala style. The crowds at the temple clearly indicated the popularity and the religious importance - it was very crowded, the most crowd that we say amongst all the temples we visited on a given day. It is a famous kavu for Nagas in Alappuzha. it is situated at half an hour drive from the city. It was not very crowded and is a good place to pray with family.
