Alleppey Beach is a great spot for a quick evening visit and have fun at the beach. Enjoy some snacks and tea here and witness the sunset view. Mornings are cool with fewer people, so it's a good call to visit then. Evenings get crowded, though. There's parking available, but it comes with a fee yet visitors have to park on the side of the road The best time for the beach vibes is during sunset, but expect it to be packed. it's a clean and long beach, waves are strong which is unsafe for kids and there are winds too. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a tranquil coastal getaway!

Alleppey Beach is a host to many festivals like the Sand Art Festival and Alappuzha Beach Festival. The beach is also known for its various recreational activities. Visitors can engage in beach volleyball, cricket, and other beach sports. There are private bathing spots and paid washing/changing areas near the beach. An old discarded small ship was found at the beach to display for visitors.

S.H.I... You get the picture. Don't believe the wonderful, instagram-wortht pics. They are a lie. Directly behind the beach is an overpass, and an overpass in construction. Hardly a tranquil setting. Another place ruined by "progress"

Clean. Lifeguards present. Must see what’s left of an old pier. Shacks around for food and beverages. Some construction going on the main road.

Very serene and clean beach without much noise and hulla-gulla. But Lacking water sports activities. You can just enjoy cool walk, sun set and can play volleyball with local chaps.

No good shacks, difficult to get a small cold drink, everyone's selling big bottles....... The beach itself is just ugly..... If you just want to go for a walk.... That's ok. This Beach makes me missing Goa so much.....

Good place to spend time with family

There are good hotels around .

Horse ride is also there in the beach.

Sometimes its too crowded. The construction at road side is a bit annoying

I went there just after the monsoon so most of the beach looked a bit dirty. We had quite a few hours with us as our houseboat booking was around noon and we reached Alleppey early morning. So we decided to chill by the beach for some time. But unfortunately the beach did not have much to offer. There were not even any food stalls. We spent some time lazing around and watching the fishing boats then we decided to return. I would only recommend visiting it if you have enough time in your itinerary.

I was in Alleppey for 2 days and every evening I went to the beach to just chill and relax. The beach was quite peaceful and clam. There are a lot of snacking options available across the beach such as pakoras, peanuts, sodas, icecreams.
