Dz meenu is a wonderfull doctor. She really knows Ayurveda treatments. Her staff is is polite and well educated. I go every year a few days for treatements. David

Very professional staff. Thank to doctor Meenu for amazing massages. I was on relaxation massage. It was so relaxing and I even dont feel pain in my back yet, which I had from a lot of stress.

I spent 22 incredible days with Doctor Meenu and her team, I can't find words to thank them for what they did! Every day they were very caring, dr Meenu was so attentive and concerned about my health, I had boundless confidence from the start and I did well since the problem for which I chose to be treated has been completely resolved ...
I can only strongly advise to meet her !!

We arrived in Marari Beach during a vacation in Kerala.
I arrived with a very strong back pain and legs muscles pains.
Dr. Meenu identified the pains source and adjusted me a special treatment.
After 1.5 hour I felt much better.
The day after I arrived again for another special treatment and at the end the pains completely disappeared. While I had these treatments my wife enjoyed relaxing Ayurveda massages.

If there is a massage nirvana, this has to be it. First I got to speak with Dr. Meenu, who took the time to understand my needs and proposed potential solutions. Never spoke to a Dr. before regarding my massage needs, which I thought was pretty cool.
I got the pizzichilli massage, which consisted of 45 minutes of massage followed by 45 minutes of hot oil being poured all over my back and stomach. It was simply an amazing experience. Pricing is very reasonable and this place provided the best bang for the buck in regards to massage. I’ve paid a lot more to get a lot less. Probably the best deal I got in India.
Never experienced a massage like this, as it is a very unique experience. Males massage males and females massage females for good reason. They massage everything but your genitals. For me, Two masseurs worked in tandem, and boy are they in sync. After you experience four hands working together, it’s hard to go back to two.
The massage experience at this fine establishment exceeded my every expectation, and I look forward to returning in the future. I would highly recommend this venue for massage.

We are so lucky that we found Ayurbhadra!
It was truly great 5 days of treatment.
Dr. Meenu was very kind to us. She made diagnostics, gave us recommendations on our lifestyle, food, prescribed some medicine and Ayurvedic treatments.
And girls who were conducting treatments are very nice and caring too.
Definitely recommended!

Our highlight during the week in Marari were our daily ayurveda treatments at the Ayurbhadra.Center. Dr. Meenu took her time to put an appropriate program together for each of us and supplemented them with diet suggestions and herbal treatment. She was also very kind when we needed some medical help.The four-handed messages from Mejunin and Akila were pure pleasure and relaxing. I recommend this clinic. Treat yourself to as many sessions as you have time for. It's worth it.

We stayed in Marari for 1 week. We had booked an apointment with doctor Meenu beforehand and very so amazed once steped in her clinic. She is such a wonderful person - calm, bright and extremely knowledgeable doctor. She is there to advice for the best treatment for you and not to ripp you off. After the consultation we had massage every day. I am a mother of 3 and after my third baby I had thyroid problem which disrupted my hormone system and I gained a lot of weight. I had Udwartana massage every day and can't describe how much this masaage helped me with reducing weight and normalizing streched skin. Nowadays you can have so many expensive treatments, but believe me - it's better to buy a ticket to India, find doctor Meenu in her clinic in Marari and go for treatment she would suggest and you will have a great outcome - improved emotional and physical helth. After having met dr. Meenu and her profesionaly skilled masseuses - we have already planned to come back with all our family next year and stay longer to have treatmants again. Also my mother who is 70 will go back to Marari with her husband to have ayurvedic treatments to improve health. I would just highly recommend Marari as paradise place to stay and dr. Meenu's clinic as place to dive in for overall health! Check tickets now.:))

The treatments at Dr. Meenu Swami‘s Ayurveda clinic are always a visit in heaven. I’m a client since 5 years and always looking forward to come back to ayurbhadra again. Meenu is a very good doctor. She’s listening to you and knows what treatments are helping you. After the massages you feel like new born.

Dr Mena and her team were amazing. I received a rejuvenating massage complete with a herbal pack and steam bath. It was truly relaxing and they are highly knowledgeable.
