Its best to go early morning during the summer months. But it is best in the September-May months when it's a bit cooler. My grandchildren always ask to go to the zoo when they are in Gulf Breeze for a visit even though they've been...More

This is a great little zoo. We had a wonderful time walking all over looking and feeding the animals. It was fun for my teenage sons to feed the animals and take pictures. The zoo is clean and well maintained. And the animals are lovable!...More

If I have to be perfectly honest, I feel like "roadside zoos" should be closed down all together. The habitats for these animals are so small that it's more like visiting a sad animal shelter than going to visit a zoo. There's no shade and...More

This is a lovely little zoo with a surprising array of large animals. It was a unique opportunity to see some of the largest species up close and personal ~ including lions, tigers, and giraffes, which were close enough to feed by hand. That was...More

Love this place and all the things you can do there. You can ride the train and go in a bird cage and feed the birds. Lot animals you can interact with and the place is amazingly clean

Sorry I just saw this. Not much shade at this zoo. It's cute, close animal views and worth seeing but not much shade. 😊
