If the weather is nice you can simple have a long walk to the statue. We have seen the giant Crab on the way to pepper plantation. It is located very close to another Kep monument "Sitting Lady". Very clean and peaceful pedestrian walkway.

Interesting little statue, to celebrate how amazing the crab market here in Kep is! Best place to try crab

Cute but there is a lot better ways to spend your day. Ok. We stopped while traveling by on scooters and took pictures of it.

The statue is quite a landmark and a great place for a photo memory as it shows where you are. We stopped for pictures and you can sit on the wall with it in the background

Not even sure why this is an attraction but it was amusing seeing a giant crab in the sea as a welcome sign. Nothing really special around there. A little further off the same road is the boulevard where locals sit on a mat and...More

It's free. It's on the main road. The kids loved it. We took plenty of photos. How often can you see a giant crab?! If you are in Kep, you should see it.

The famous crustaceous anthropod from the Abyss has a statue in Kep. Kep is famous for its crab market and eating crab. I have a feeling the sea is getting over "fished" including the crabs, so tread lightly if possible. Maybe don't eat it every...More

We always stop at this statue to take a picture. Jump shots actually. You could also buy durian there too.
