Very nice place to visit. It was free and when you have kids under the age of 10 years old. Who need to walk a lot is beautiful.

This museums is great to visit if you are visiting Greensboro. It has a lot of exhibits on the history of Greensboro. It is also worth asking for a visit of the McNairy house that is on the museum grounds.

Mind you I rated this facility as "average" because I've been spoiled by some of the other places I've been like the incomparable Natural History Museum in London. As with most good museums there are several floors to explore as well as the cemetery outside...More

I'd been to events on the main floor of the Historical Museum, but had never explored the upper floors. There is a treasure trove of information and great exhibits. Extremely enjoyable and enlightening.
