Calm, uncrowded walk to enjoy history. Staff is consistently welcoming and knowledgeable. Teacher discount at gift shop. Has parking but check lot hours--may close when visitors' center does. Has suffered some recent weather damage in park to pathways.

Several trails and walkways to honor our Revoluntary Soldiers, everything is free, a great place to come and walk safely. Easy and quick to get to, yet very peaceful while you're there.

The visitor center here has two movies (one animated, one live action) that tell the story of the battle against Cornwallis here. There's also a good gallery that takes you through the story of the southern campaign in general. You can learn a lot in...More

The re-enacted film is quite lengthy and covers most aspects of that day's battle. The short film covers the tactical maneuvers and gives you a very god idea of how the two armies approached each other. the park rangers were very knowledgeable and helpful. The...More

We were only able to view the exhibits and the two films. The short film was focused on strategy as seen on a map recorded at the time. The longer film worked to give firsthand views of the battle - before, during and after. This...More

Just got your question. Hope this answer isn't too late. I spent about 30 minutes there since I teach US History and the staff was overly accommodating to me. There is a brief film and the outside buildings.
