We wished we had a child with us, but we visited the museum without our granchild at a fundraiser. Large, multi-facted, very much built and nurtured for young children, active and inquisitive, shy and studeous.

What a joy this place is. Our first time here on a visit to Greeensboro and the kids already want to go back! Full sized ambulance, fire truck, police car, semi-cab, fire truck for the kids to climb in and let their imaginations run wild...More

Taken my gkids here several times over the years. 6 months to about 6 years. Lots of creative, safe play spaces for them to explore as they develop. My 6 yr old mastered the new ropes course this summer and thought he had conquered the...More

I have never visited a children's museum before, but this was a great first time experience. The museum is very hands on and it encourages the children to explore their imagination by climbing in and out the police squad cars, fire trucks, and airplanes.

Been there with my grandkids, they had a ball, you can also plan and block off space for childrens birthday parties... that works out great! And is not in your house, and the kids are better intertained!

Plenty of hands on things to do for the younger crowd. They could really get in there and play with many different kinds of objects.

Visited with an 8 and 10 year old who had a great time. The outside climbing nets provided a fun and sometimes frustrating challenge for the kids. Both managed to successfully climb up, over, and down causing them to be quite pleased with themselves. And...More

I feel this place is geared more for children under 12. I'd suggest the Greensboro Natural Science Ctr.
