Save your money. The elevator seemed rickety. This did not seem safe once we were at the top. There is no railing. We took our tour at night so the lights of the town were pretty but seemed like a waste of money. We have...More

Terrific views of Gatlinburg with information about the history of the area. A little pricey ($10 pp) but you can return for free the same day and ride again. If we had time we would have gone again after dark.

The view was spectacular. Pretty pricey just to go up and look around tho. The view is better during the day.

This attraction is amazing, it is breath taking, and something worth doing more than once. It is not for those who have a major fear of heights. You access it from the arcade where your ticket is purchased and ride the elevator to the top.

The view of the area was nice but it was an expensive elevator ride. I was disappointed that there was not much information or history for the price. I think if they could pipe in some audio about the history or the customs it would...More

This is a good one time experience, the view is amazing but do it right before dark. You can get a great look of Gatlinburg .

It's a short slow elevator ride. The family got to go twice. Day time and night time. Not bad but be prepare to get suck in to play arcade games by your kids. The entrance of the space needle is inside the arcade place.

There was little to no wait time for the elevator. The view was much better during the day, but the city lights were gorgeous at night. Plus it was much cooler!

The elevator goes fairly slowly, but I don't know if pets are allowed. You have to go through a Game Center to buy your tickets and get onto the elevator. Why don't you try their website and /or call them.

Hi Ashley, In the past, I have been in much larger structures with astounding sway. If you read my review you will not find any comments regarding tower sway - just the facility itself. Glad you had a great time!
