What a gorgeous lake. Our cabin was on this lake and we loved the views. It was interesting that this lake had 2 entrances to the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness.

The shoreline is mainly rocky and water can be deep near shore but it is refreshing. Most of the resorts on the lake have swimming areas. Plus literally no weeds!

Motorized boats are allowed with no motor restrictions. However lake and shoreline is very rocky so be cautious when traveling. You will see a more canoes and kayaks on the lake than motor boats most days but very scenic.
