We traveled here in November when tourism is low and practically had the canyon to ourselves. Sheena (SP?) was our guide and we were the only two people on this particular tour. We heard that the tours can be long and delayed due to the...More

This place is magical and the guide company helps put you right in the middle of it. Don't let the sweeping narrow corridors and stairs deter you from experiencing the beauty of this place. Ken's makes this place as accommodating as possible. Our guide, Mo,...More

Literally what visitors paid ($25 + $8) is having a person bringing you thru the canyon so that the attraction do not get too crowded as the passages are really narrow. It would be good that tour provider give a safety briefing, introduction of the...More

Our guide was Van and he made our visit even more special than we could have imagined. Super cool guide! Lower Antelope canyon was pur favorite compared to the upper canyon and a lot of this has to do with the way the traffic pf...More

We went through lower Antelope Canyon on the weekend before Thanksgiving, with a 10am scheduled start time. We arrived a little over a half hour before which was ample time to get registered. We entered the canyon maybe 20-25 minutes after our scheduled start time....More

Used Ken's over Thanksgiving Weekend...I would have guessed it was their first day in business. I'd suggest their process is broken, but there doesn't appear to be one. We arrived at 1 PM for our 2:40 tour to find out they were running 90 minutes...More

Having visited upper Antelope Canyon in the morning we arrived at lower with trepidation. The upper canyon had been incredibly busy, the guide didn’t engage with us and the whole experience felt like a theme park. Luckily Lower Antelope canyon more than made up for...More

The canyon itself is beautiful. Our guide took great pictures and gave us tips on how to frame photographs. However, the company overbooks each time slot causing delays.

I don't write that many really negative reviews. Even fewer 1 star reviews. Zero stars is not an option. If it was, I would readily give Ken's a zero star review. The Canyon itself is very cool. Crowded and hardly a quiet slot canyon experience,...More

We went with our 2 year old daughter and was little careful in going down the steep stairs. The manager was shouting and misbehaved. Very bad experience with the Ken Tour company. The Dixie people were very cooperating. The insane manager was not only standing...More

I was there in early October around 11:00 AM and it was good then. In November, since we are back on standard time, but the sun is lower in the sky, you probably need to go between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

Since it is low season, would rather doubt it. They were helpful when I called their office so that may be a suggestion for you.
