Great way to spend an afternoon!

Had a blast! Lots of different vendors and things to see. $1 per person to get in. Food court downstairs was awesome and had lots of non-traditional vendors.

the place is beautiful - go to the basement to check out restaurants all set in a bank Vault . I felt it was just another venue to sell -mostly old items .

The market is situated in a beautiful old bank so make sure you look up and admire the amazing ceiling. The stalls are really eclectic with a range of retro and new items - really interesting to browse. Due to the season the market was all inside but not overly crowded. Our group tried four different food stalls and they... More

The place has many options of good food, from healthy to really good confort food. Also, you can eat the food by the river with an amazing view of the city.

I prefer the winter market because of the size and it's not as crowded. The array of food vendors is excellent. From the best BBQ to lobster rolls, Shang-hai street food, ramen and ice-cream, there is plenty to choose from and it ALL good. The location this year back at Skylight One Hanson is magnificent. Eating inside a bank vault... More

I was so excited about coming here whilst on a trip to NYC as I'd read great things about it and am a real foodie. However, when we got there late afternoon, the place was just heaving. We had a wonder around but gave up trying to get any food and the queues were ridiculous. What we saw did look... More

I heard about this while looking for other places to visit. There are two, one by a flea market. Based in Brooklyn, this had incredible food on offer. I had a Louisiana cheese toast and it was delicious! My better half had a, what I can only describe as pulled beef, burger which he loved. There are plenty of food... More

Over the summer, my friend and I were wanting to visit Smorgasburg as part of a day trip over to Brooklyn. We travelled from the city by subway to the Brooklyn bridge and then took a ferry over to Williamsburg. This took us a total of 3 hours (which was quite a long time on foot). However as we approached... More

We've been to NYC twice now, decided we would visit Smorgasburg on our first visit, absolutely loved it so added it to our must do list for our 2nd visit. Very well run, large variety of weird, interesting and tasty foods to try. It can turn into a very expensive outing but my husband and I bought 1 of everything... More
