I grew up going to the jersey shore so coney Island isn't so different. I liked the ride with the horse that shoots fast. They had scary rides but didn't get on. Definitely a Brooklyn gen.

It is also not on the side of the beach but on the avenue a block away from the boardwalk on Surf Avenue. You will be right there as soon as you get off the train and that's not on the side of the beach. As I said I live... More

Definitely take the D train which will be the fastest route there and will leave you right across the street from Nathans. Have a great time
