Fun things paid, and free to do. Waking broadwalk free, summer concerts free, people watching free. Entrance to Luna Park, baseball field, and Aquarium has a fee.

I enjoy visiting Coney Island, it's more to do in summertime, of course. I visited in the fall, where most of the attractions were closed down for the season. But nevertheless, I enjoyed a nice walk, beautiful views, nice and quiet atmosphere.

As far as I know there is nowhere to put your stuff, I suggest carrying a tote bag or rolling luggage so you can carry your stuff comfortably.
