Mary was very sweet, interesting, and welcoming. She had the most beautiful huskies that we got to meet and pet. Her story was amazing and I feel lucky to have met such a formidable woman.

I lie about 12 miles northwest of Fairbanks. If you have a rental car, allow yourself 30 minutes to drive out, so you can enjoy the ride and see the variety of owner-built homes, and the lovely boreal forest along the way... More
