There is a lot of things to do in this park. We didn't do the "all you can eat" dinner for $32.95 but heard it was quite worth it. We did do the old-time review which was fun and what you might expect from a...More

Our tour company began our Alaskan adventure with a visit to Pioneer Park, with it's quaint village of museum quality displays and shops, full of interesting Alaskan-made items. Our family - grandparents, parents & grandchildren - learned from and enjoyed the displays and shops! In...More

This park was closed when I came but you’re still able to walk around and check out the buildings. It gives you a feel for older Alaska and though I wasn’t sure what to expect, I’m glad I came!

Free park size area full of history, log cabins, old paddle ship etc. Locals use it as a picnic area for kids so it was a lovely few hours watching kids enjoying parties and wandering around the exhibits.

This is suppose to be an iconic place to see while in Fairbanks. Was truly disappointed in the amount of empty cabins with nothing in it. Other than a rail car and a walk around only the bottom of a paddle boat, there was not...More

Most if not all the buildings close Labor Day weekend. The concept looks neat if you go during summer. It is DEFINITELY good for kids.

The park appeared dated and tatty. It also closed quite early in the day not allowing a traveller to easily co-ordinate a visit. I will give it a miss as there are many other more exciting attractions in Fairbanks that I would rather visit.
