Easy parking around the park. Central area near shops, restaurants and in season - the Farmer's Market. Nice place for a walk. Pretty in spring and fall.

Lots of things to do besides just walk in and take in the beauty. There are festivals year round, music in the summers, The Place to meet, and of course, the varied and enjoyable market on the weekends.

From Vancouver Farmer's Market to the summer 6 to Sunset series, Esther Short Park is the place to be. Beautiful water features, old shade trees, a kids play area and the surrounding businesses make this a great place to spend some time.

The Saturday market is really quite nice and the concerts, as well as other public events are always well organized. It's an easily accessible area and the park is always well kept.
