This is a great place to take a walk through history. At the time of my visit they were restoring some of the buildings, which I am sure were needed. It is interesting to learn who spent time here.

The day we spent there with friends was a fun, fact filled tour of this historic site. How can you lose with a folksy presentation of the factual background for the entire Northwest. Just a good way to spend a few hours.

Beautiful and authentic reproduction of an 1800's fort/trading post for early NW settlers. Many activities and re-enactments through the year. Highly recommended

A nice setting and this area would be most interesting to the military/history/war buff. A well maintained facility.
