Kayaking in the morning, sand and water play, then food and games. Very large area with all the amenities. Great place to go on a sunny day.

Went to attend a rowing regatta. Temps started in the 80s and peaked above 100F. Appreciated the many shaded areas. Beautiful views. Look forward to returning with hopefully more moderate temperatures.

This is a large park with enough space for people to spread out. There are several pavilions that can be reserved, play structures for children and lots of trees for shade. It gets fairly busy on weekends, but week days are quiet.

Between two rivers. Lots of parking and more than one boat launch. Toilets and porta potties. Just a little wooded area around a lake groomed to be useful to fisherman, boaters and campers.

Was a good place to cool off. Park was very neat & clean, but water was sort of dirty that day. More picnic tables needed.

I've seen kayaks, sailboards and various other selfpropeled boats, including those from a very distinquished Rowing Club who claims vancouver Lake as there home venue, but no motorized boats are allowed and I haven't noticed... More
