I received this class as a birthday present from my daughters. Drove from Hilton Head. Peter is very engaging and knowledgable. I have been cooking for a long time, but I still learned so much. The dinner was delicious! I highly recommend and the building is a history lesson in and of itself!

We had only two days to explore this beautiful city (would have liked a few more) and with a teenage daughter who is passionate about cooking, we were really pleased that we found the best culinary class ever! Peter Russo, the chef, was engaging and knowledgeable as he taught us a hands on class in Italian cuisine. Next visit we... More

My three friends and I took the Low Country cooking class today. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to see and participate in the preparation. The food was delicious--grits with Gouda cheese, succotash, seafood stew, Captain's chicken curry, angel biscuits, individual apple tart, topped off with a glass of wine. Hands on class (chef Peter had done some of... More

Went to Savannah for a girls getaway and one of the first things we did was attend his Pasta class and what a way to start our vacation! We laughed and cooked for three hours- this is must do if you enjoy cooking (and eating).

On a recent trip with my husband to Savannah I heard about this cooking class - and I was SO fortunate that there was a class available on the Wednesday morning of our visit. I often take cooking classes when I travel and this one will go down as one of my favorites! I was surprised to have only one... More

My husband and I attended a Saturday morning class with friends. It began with a visit to the outdoor market to purchase some of the ingredients. The class was very informative and so much fun. Chef Peter's recipes and manner of instruction made the class amazing. The food was delicious! I would highly recommend it.

Chef Peter made us feel at home and shared his experience with us from how to sharpen knives, use a whisk properly and how to finish everything in the oven. Delicious food. Loved the farmers market too!

I am not a cook so I was not excited about attending a cooking class, but my wife said I could play as much golf as I wanted if I went to the class with her. Best deal I ever made, I got to play golf and had a fun evening learning, mixing crab cakes and eating good food. Chef... More

My daughter and I attended Chef Russo's chef's tasting cooking class while visiting Savannah. The class far exceeded our expectations. I have taken several cooking classes before and this was by far the best experience I have had! It was more of a small group demonstration with some hands on. Only one participant at a time was doing some of... More

We plan our visits to Savannah around Chef Peter's menus / classes. We are never disappointed. We enjoyed our latest class, Taste of 700 Drayton, last week. Can't wait to recreate the recipes back home in Annapolis. Great food, wine, casual instruction, and community. Please make sure to check it out!
