The staff at the Visitor's Center were friendly, enthusiastic and Helpful. They quickly got us oriented to Savannah marking up a map for us. Nice displays of Savannah history. Don't forget to score a free postcard.

Most of the access to River Street is by stairs but you can find elevators at the Hyatt Regency Hotel at the corner of Bay Street and Bull Street that will take you down to River Street.
