On our recent visit to Savannah we chose Old Savannah Trolley Tour as a way to get around the city and see the highlights. It turned out to be an excellent decision. Just to be clear, Old Savannah Tours are the white trolleys. The hop-on,...More
The Trolley (Bus) was clean and comfortable. The driver/tour guide was exceedingly knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and just plain fun to ride with. At many of the stops,"period characters" would board the bus and make a short, sometime humorous, presentation of the history and attractions of...More
This is our second time to Savannah but 1st time using the Old Savannah Tours company. Compared to the other company we used on our first visit, Old Savannah Tours uses re-enactors throughout the tour bringing history to life. The day we did the Historic...More
While not in Savannah very long, I still wanted to see the area, and get a lesson on the history. Julie, our guide and driver, didn't disappoint. She was knowledgeable, witty, and welcoming. At 2 different stops, actors in period clothing came onto the trolley...More
Nurse Nancy said the Sorrell house ghosts may scratch and bruise their guests....my daughters friend came home with scratches all over her ankles, no explanation how they got there.
Wish we had more time to “spot” the ghosts but overall the trip was very entertaining.

The wife an I loved the tour. Super knowledgeable drivers and they make stops with actors hopping on the bus to and a little more history for you. Ride around once then Use them as a shuttle service. It was a great time.

Not really, it's a trolley and it's not designed to hold luggage that will end up taking seats for a paying customer. I suggest leaving it at the hotel after check-out. Most hotels offer to hold luggage for free -- tipping... More

Ha, funny you should ask this question as we took the tour in the pouring rain. It rained hard all day but that didn't stop the the trolley. Had a great trolley driver - she maneuvered that rig around the tightest corners... More
Ha, funny you should ask this question as we took the tour in the pouring rain. It rained hard all day but that didn't stop the the trolley. Had a great trolley driver - she maneuvered that rig around the tightest corners you can imagine. Wear your raincoat, bring your umbrella and hop on/off whenever you want.
