This is an authentic former train yard that is amazing to see! The roundhouse was awesome! Highly recommend taking the free tours they offer as you learn so much more and get to see things you can't on the self guided tour. The kids room...More

We loved the Railroad Museum! It was a great thing to do with small children as they can explore at their own pace and there is plenty of space for them to get energy out! We enjoyed several of the guided tours and thought the...More

At first it seems like there is not much to see here, but the tour guides have lots to point out. The kids loved the steam train ride and playing on the train play area on the lawn.

WE found this very interesting and informative about railroad history in Georgia. Not a real must see, but if you have the time it's worth it.

Interesting old rail yard with several cars. All open, very hot to walk. Highlight is the short train ride. Can see under one hour.

Be sure not to miss this hidden gem. The tour guide was someone who worked the old train yard and was very informative to its history. You get to see the insides of several refurbished rail cars and work a real hand cart.

Cool for kids that are interested in trains and history. Had some cool buildings and cars to view. Check schedule before going, tours run at certain times so depending on what time you go you may miss it. Our three year old loved it
