We enjoyed the sights and tastes of Savannah with Lauren, who provided a very casual and relaxed tour of Savannah's historic district with commentary on history, architecture and of course eateries. We definitely saw and learned chapters of Savannah that we would have missed out on doing a self-guided tour. The food tastings were all delicious, especially the homemade sausages... More

Our tour guide Country made the whole experience worth while. From her interesting stories on the rich history of Savannah to her own personal life experiences, she was captivating for our whole group. The food stops were excellent and the overall experience was well worth the time invested. Went with a group from work and they all had a great... More

Brenda, our guide, provided a wealth of knowledge about Savannah history and food. The best stop was the first one with the wonderful she crab soup. Not sure about the bbq pork belly in the glazed donut, but overall the choices and commentary were great fun.

If you're coming to Savannah, don't hesitate to book the Savannah Taste Experience. I mean, really, what could be better than food, history, fun, and discount coupons. Our guide Brandon was fabulous, easy-going, and knew the answers to lots of questions posed by the group. Food was plenty for lunch and all delicious. This is the second time I've done... More

Our guide Lisa was fabulous. We had 6 tastings that were all wonderful. Some were at places I would have never found on my own. It happened to rain on our tour date but Lisa's knowledge and enthusiasm carried us right along. This was an awesome experience.

This was an awesome way to tour and taste Savannah. The food was great (mostly high end pub fare). It's not necessarily a historic tour but you do get a lot of little tid bits along the way. It is about three miles of walking but with all the stops to eat you really don't notice the walking.

First squares food tour What a fun way to introduce yourself to Savannah. A little history, a little food, a little exercise , a little alcohol gives you a perfect start to your Savannah experience. The group met our guide, Lauren, at Rocks on the River and started out with a seafood soup. Wasn't sure what to expect. Portion seemed... More

We did the First Squares Tour, and we really enjoyed the various stops. Little bit of Savannah history, as well as history of the individual restaurants. We had she crab soup, shrimp and grits (never been a fan, but I actually liked these grits!), Donut pork sliders, shepherd's pie, sausage pastry, cupcake, and honey!
