Not much to see in the downtown Savannah Market. Oh I did see quite a few homeless drunk people! There were even homeless drunks down at the River Walk during the day. I'm glad we were here for my husbands work & not pleasure time....More

I was thinking this would be a longer street of shopping, but it is actually a small area. Definitely worth visiting though. The Savannah Candy Kitchen, Wet Willie's, Pie Society, and Vinnie Van Go-Go's are here to name a few. Also, it's great for people...More

This market has everything you could want from apparel to a gazillion types of fresh fudge. This place is a must do for visitors to Savannah and make sure to visit the Prohibition Museum.

The market has a good mix of touristy shops, local artists and unique restaurants. Lots of opportunity to sit and eat outside (food or desserts) and people watch. As you would expect, the crowd grows on the weekends, and I suspect with the warm weather....More

Nice place. Updated/upgraded since my last visit about 4 years ago. Many eating places at all price levels. Energy to spare from the visitors. Nice. Worth a visit.

The Pirates House has a good menu if you don't mind being away from the hub of activity found on River Street and City Market areas.

Not totally sure...I would assume they probably stay open as late as they do other nights...- a touristy area.
