This is a dead mall.

Come dance with the beautiful ghosts, the homeless killed it, along with the rest of the center of the city.

The Market Place died early on, but the rest has followed-once this was a fun area. The east side of the harbor developed slowly, then stalled.

Sad but true.

Love going to this Barnes & Noble. The staff is also great and friendly. When the weather is nice, the deck overlook is absolutely the best and the morning barista is truly wonderful and friendly. She makes perfect latte every time and great to talk to.

This is an awesome sight to see. Love the way they’ve redone the building and put a Barnes and Noble bookstore in it. Hard Rock is there too.

The place is an old one as you might expected. The layout is difficult due to the restrictions of the old design. The music is good but the food is not great. The most important thing is the company. Go with friends to have a good time

In the inner harbor in Baltimore, Maryland there is a large historic building called the power plant. If there was anything other than fan restaurants like Hard Rock, commercial no local places but I expect the rent is super high. The building was very cool to see, and BN is always a great place to hang out. They have a second floor starbucks that appears to be a hang out for the offices above the BN on the higher floors. Don't come expecting more than a very cool Barnes & Noble. If there is more to see, I didnt find it.

Oh. My. Goodness!!! This is one of the best bookshops I've visited for aaaages!! As a self confessed bibliophile, I was always going to like it, but was blown away by the architecture, sheer range and quality of books, gifts, cards, games and books!! A wonderful place to dash in for something specific or lose yourself....

The Power Plant in Baltimore is not only a character feature of the city in its own right, but the location of the Barnes and Nobles inside it is just so cool. It is a really quirky bookstore, the workings of the escalators are exposed through clear glass, there is a fish tank sponsored by the aquarium, and it is just a great place to hang out for a while. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area of Inner Harbour.

Wow such a beautiful book store with so much to see and do. If you need an escape from the hustle and bustle and you've just about done with people, treat yourself to silent friends in this historic building. An escape from the squalor that surrounds it.

I stopped in Baltimore on a recent road trip and visited the Inner Harbour. Just beyond the Harbour is the Power Plant. There is a huge branch of Barnes & Noble (bookstore) and that building is topped by a large guitar branded with Hard Rock Cafe. The bookstore was a great place to visit and the building is a great photo op.
