A great place for a scenic view of the city. Lots of lawn area for a picnic, throwing frisbees, getting some sun, and relaxing. After that get up and explore all the cool things you can see from the hill.

The park is a must see because it is so high and has great view of the harbor and city scape. More interesting however are the neighborhoods around the park--some upscale, some not. Went to an interesting indoor market that we accidentally stumbled on.

Excellent view of the harbor and downtown. Great for people watching and taking pictures. Take water with you because that climb up the stairs gives you a workout.

Lovely park overlooking the Baltimore Harbor. It is a much easier walk than it appeared to be looking from a distance. There are benches. There is also a fenced playground for children.
