A steep climb, but well worth the view. We visited on a beautiful, warm day in Baltimore. The view of the harbor is worth the climb.

Beautiful look out and great place to get some awesome photos of the city and harbour.
Path to walk around and playground for little ones.
Easy access to downtown area and harbour.
Great place to stop by between other places and activities.

Great place to view the Inner Harbor and downtown as well as just sit and relax under a nice shade tree. Great to see all ages of people using the park for outdoor activity!

For a summer weeknight this is good, but weekends are terrible for parking and crowds. Good view of downtown, tall ships.

Nice views of the city. A couple of statues and some informational signs — but mainly a place to get great pics of the city & the harbor.

We love the city view and it looks cool, it is quite little but in the day time it looks perfect a bit crowded place to be tho.

If you want to see the city from above including the waterfront, this is the place to be. You can get stunning views...my favorite was the Domino Sugar sign...I had seen it from the Pier 5 Hotel at night with the red neon so I was surprised to see if so close during the day. And of course, you can see/discover the American Visionary Art Museum from up here too!

Great little part to soak in possibly the best view of the Inner Harbor along with the Domino's Sugar factory. Nice climb up to the park with historical monuments.
