There are so many stairs to get to the top. Too many for an old lady like me. Drive to the top or admire it from the harbor boats.

My husband and I made the trek up to the top and got stuck in a horrible thunder storm! We found shelter leaning next to a building! The views were stunning and I got some great pictures of this storm coming in over the harbor!

Nice little park overlooking the city of Baltimore. As well as lots of historical sites/facts around the area. Good place to sit down, relax and enjoy the sunset.

It is pretty isolated up so high. During the day, as long as you stay alert to your surroundings, I would say go for it. Night time, not so much. I hope this helps.
