This was my favorite place to walk in Baltimore, the inner Harbor is beautiful but I was in love with the architecture of Mt. Vernon. They just don't make beautiful buildings like that anymore, and it's a gem for photographers! I couldn't quit snapping pictures.

Beautiful neighborhood. Loved all the old houses, and the churches were amazing! Unfortunately, I didn't get to spend much time exploring. Would definitely stay in Mount Vernon, again, if I go back to Baltimore.

The neighborhood offers a number of attractions from museum to restaurants to monuments. There are a few historical sings on each of the buildings as you stroll through the area to acquaint you with its history.
