Our school group visited the Top of the World Observation Level on our first day of our 5 day trip. Our guide was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the history of Baltimore and Surrounding areas. The 9/11 memorial is something to see.

This is an amazing place to go to see the city. There is also a very nice memorial for the people from Maryland who died on September 11.

We had official dinner here and enjoyed the great view of the Baltimore Harbor and also wide view of the city. You can see the vintage ships on the harbor, US submarine, yachts and very view of the city. Before entering to the building strong arrangement security check is there and it will take some time from you schedule.

My husband and I went on a weekend getaway in Baltimore and we decided to check out the top of the world observation level. We came to Baltimore before but they were closed so we decided to try again. We got there around 6:00 pm and they closed at 7. It was the perfect amount of time spent there. The... More

Great view from 27 floors above ground. There is a 360 view around the top of the building. We spent about 45 minutes just walking around all sides of the building. It was a good place to start our weekend trip.

Got a groupon and thought it would be a fun, frugal family activity. Wow. It was very cool! Take quarters for the binocular machines. Totally worth it! Whole family enjoyed. Right next to the aquarium.

I went and checked out this venue while having jury duty in downtown Baltimore. Only have lived here for 4 months I had not been able to check out many sights. This one is highly recommended and worth the very low cost!!

This attraction in the World Trade Center in Baltimore's Inner Harbor area is a great tool for teachers of local history and geography. A totally panoramic view of Baltimore City and some of Baltimore County is spectacular. also, the exhibition inside is pretty cool! Very nominal fee, so affordable for families!

If you go to Baltimore's Inner Harbor and are planning on staying a couple of days, go to the visitor's center and get a city pass. You save about 25% on the attractions. We would not have done this Observation level if we hadn't gotten the pass, but we were glad that we did!
