I've never thought this was a good deal, about $6/7 to go up in a not very tall building to see the Harbor - which is perfectly visible on land. But, it was a very good view, better than I thought once we got there,...More

Our school group visited the Top of the World Observation Level on our first day of our 5 day trip. Our guide was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the history of Baltimore and Surrounding areas. The 9/11 memorial is something to see.

This is an amazing place to go to see the city. There is also a very nice memorial for the people from Maryland who died on September 11.

Great view from 27 floors above ground. There is a 360 view around the top of the building. We spent about 45 minutes just walking around all sides of the building. It was a good place to start our weekend trip.

It is well worth the $5, but you can also often find a deal on groupon.
