We stayed at the Indian Lodge inside the Park and also took the scenic drives. The park is just beautiful. It is a treasure, don't miss an opportunity to see this part of Texas.

Seems to be a great place for camping. We went for a hike and enjoyed the views. There wasn't a large number of trails, but they were well marked. Lots of rocks and hills so be prepared.

Perfect get away if you're an active outdoor family. Ton of trails for running, cycling and hiking. Trails vary in distance and suit every level of fitness and ability.

Are there any places to take a Polaris and ride trails? I'm not looking for rock climbing or anything, just a few miles to drive with my kids.
