Anytime you need to get away from the hustle & bustle of life Big Talbot is always a great place to visit. My 15 year old daughter loves that it's off the beaten path & quiet.

The parking is ample but bring cash it cost us about $8. There is a changing area/bathroom building at the edge of the parking lot that is very clean. Follow the little bridge out to the beach. This beach has occasional driftwood - not as...More

Nice experience driftwood beach experience with not a single other person in sight. A short walk through the woods gets you to a pristine driftwood beach. Access is not easy for people who cannot climb down a somewhat steep slope. No bathrooms at the beach...More

The beach is long and great for walking. I was surprised at how clean everything is. No shops, gas stations, fast food. No nothing commercial. A nice change.

This was a spur of the moment trip with my brother and it didn't disappoint! The impressive dead trees were surreal. One looked like it had been carefully placed perfectly upright in the sand. Geological formations, nice beach for walking, and not a lot of...More
