We walked over to Jacksonville Landing from our hotel given it’s really the only thing close by. The area is in need of some revitalization badly. The restaurants there seemed a bit run down and so we didn’t try any of them. There was entertainment...More

I expected so much more from my visit to the Landing. It was a ghost town. There were only a handful of sad shops...that happened to be closed and an extremely over priced bar/liquor store. Perhaps it may have been great at one point. I...More

Tomeka, on August 29th The Jacksonville Landing hosted Praying 4 Jacksonville. The special meeting provided the opportunity for the community to join in prayer. If you would like to directly support the victims, their confirmed GoFundMe account is: rip-true-and-spot

We roamed around at the Landing and had Lunch at Hooters. Very pleasant and right on the St. John's River. Disappointing that most of the shops were closed in the middle of the day on a Friday, though. Otherwise I would have rated higher. I...More

Came here while in town last weekend. I am not familiar with the area and had heard of it. Place was really sketchy and most of the establishments there were closed. There were weird people around and an overall bad vibe as far as safety...More

I’m a photographer so I frequently book sessions to be taken at The Landing. The views of the city are beautiful. There are a few restuarants there but overall the attraction is dying. Unless a huge event (Jazz festival/Concert) is being held there usually isn’t...More

There wasn’t much to do there. Many of the stores are closed. We went on a Friday evening and it was empty. Not worth going to!!
