Fantastic day at the zoo. The animals are well cared for and appear happy there. Everything is clean and easy to move about. I recommend everyone take your kids to see the many animals there.

So much to do at Jacksonville Zoo, there is something for everyone. You can feed the giraffes, ride the train or the carousel, visit the petting farm or the water play area, feed the sting ray, go to the 4D theater or butterfly hollow plus...More

The Zoo here is pretty nice. The animals are in good condition and there are many large, lovely exhibits for the larger species. Lots of native plants in use, which cuts back on water usage. There are LOADS of special holiday and family things like...More

We had a great time seeing all the animals and flowers/plants. The Camp Critter show was a lot of fun too! Happy that the food options are more healthy and affordable.

Took the grandchildren, enjoyed the visit. Animal exhibits where great, feeding the giraffes, the water park section, the rides... everything was great. The gift shop had all kinds of things to choose from, and price ranges varied. The grandkids loved every moment.

Daughter just moved to Jacksonville and knowing how much I enjoy zoos programmed the whole family attendance, including our two daughters and three grand children. Of course it was not the Berlin or San Diego zoo, but Jacksonville should be proud of what they have,...More

Jacksonville's zoo is a nice little zoo. The most interesting part is the relatively new tiger exhibit whereas the jaguar exhibit leaves you feeling sorry for the animals due to its small size. The zoo would really do much better focusing more on things such...More

I agree with everyone...for the most part there is little no zero wait time to purchase tickets. If you are going to upgrade and get season passes (worked out VERY well for my family) it takes about 15 minutes to do all the... More
