There are nearly as many food related businesses as high-end retail shops. There is a tranquil man made stream through the center of the shopping/eating area that is attractive to younger kids due to the geese and ducks that call it home.

We recently visited this place during our trip to Bay Area. This was recommended by my brother who lives nearby. There is a nice water fountain and stream. There are lovely ducks swimming in that. There are a number of shops around, where shopping can...More

What a waste of space. You can shoot a cannon ball through this "plaza" and not hit a thing. It is drafty, empty, devoid of charm or character, a vast wasteland of retail space that could be fun and interesting if the property manager had...More

What a food, museum, and children's activity treasure! Car museum is dynamite, and is enclosed with an early Native American history set of dioramas that must measure 100' x 25' and are absolutely packed with miniature detail of cowboys, Indians, calvary, buffalo, horsed, bear and...More

Not really that many shops; mostly good restaurants. Nice waterways and some summer-time music too. Draeger's market has some great wines and a nice (expensive) meat/seafood counter. The Blackhawk Museum is worth a visit if you enjoy antique cars.
