Two-hour tour with a docent. Our guide was incredible. We learned more about this historical and sacred place than we did in school and college! Covered all of the entire battlefield areas with 4 walking tours. You won't regret spending the time.

We did the Gettysburg Battlefield enclosed bus tour. Our tour originated at the downtown Gettysburg tour center. While advertised as a 2-hour tour, it was actually longer to allow for the pickup and drop off of people catching the tour bus at the Visitor Center...More

The Visitor Center stop is not done during peak season. We do this in the slower times of the year.

The tour guide was pretty informative. There is a ton of information about this very important battlefield and there is certainly no way to get through it all in an hour tour. The park was very well maintained and I never knew there were so...More

I've done the battlefield trail by bike, and the auto tour and a commercial bus tour. But they all paled in the face of this tour with a professional and licensed guide. Great presentation! I highly recommend this tour!!

Our audio tour is for the visitor who is looking for the basic information and it is dramatized in stereo with background effects. However, we do offer tours with Licensed Battlefield Guides that you are able to answer questions. On your next visit you may...More

This was the second time we took a bus tour of the battlefields. Our first tour guide was awesome - he was funny and told a lot of human interest stories. We went back with our nine-year-old and 12-year-old thinking they would enjoy hearing the...More

Highly recommend for first time visitors or if you only have a short time. 2 hour duration but jammed with info yet guide made it very interesting and fun, even for kids. Several stops and bathroom break in the middle

Thanks for the review and recommendation for 1st time visitors.. The battlefield is very large and the tour gives a great overview of the three days that took place here.

We visited the Gettysburg Battlefield Welcome Center, museum, and we chose to do a self guided tour and not hire a guide or take the bus. In my opinion it's a good idea to visit the museum, watch the movies FIRST and then drive the...More
