Small museum run by the NHS. The ranger was well-informed about the Wills House, Lincoln, and the town generally. Extremely helpful in planning out the rest of our day. The house itself is small, but has a good bit of history packed in. You can...More

In the upper two right hand windows is the room where Lincoln wrote the Gettysburg address. Amazing to be standing in a place with so much history that changed so many lives.

Not sure how anyone could go to Gettysburg and not see this but I did inn 2002. Its been unfinished business ever since. Thye whole place is interesting but just knowing its Gettysburg address connection is enough to go. Pretty overwhelming.

This is a self-guided tour of the David Wills House. It has videos throughout the house, and many plaques to read. Items of interest are displayed as well.

To be in the room where A. Lincoln wrote the final version of the Gettysburg Address. And to see the bed he slept in --- maybe.

Did the house tour on a recent trip to Gettysburg. Right in the center of town. Interesting to understand the history, and how it related to Lincoln's visit.

If you really want to read, see, and listen to everything the museum has to offer, I would say 11/2 to 2 hours.
