The Philadelphia Orchestra is unparalleled. The acoustics at the Kimmel are fine and the Phila. sound is extraordinary. We have never attended a concert that we didn't find something to rave about!

Don't ever go to the Merriam Theater! While we could have enjoyed the show...the seats are so completely cramped we were in physical agony for 2 hours! We thought we were going to a new theater at the Kimmel Center when we ordered our tickets...More

Went to a show at the Kimmel Center for there jazz series. Performer Cecile Mclorin Salvant was great as always. The show was in the Perelman Theater which is a lovely more intimate venue.

Rivals any other Concert Hall in the world. Home of the Philadelphia Orchestra. Stunning both visually and acoustically. A must experience venue for any music lover.

Verizon Hall really puts Avery Fisher to shame. The Philadelphia orchestra has an incredible hall to call home, with conductor's circle seating behind the orchestra (essentially over the percussion section), and the outdoor-indoor feel of the Kimmel center is truly a masterpiece.

I've been here to see the orchestra perform and was more impressed with the architecture - and the performance was phenomenal! I also ended up doing a photography project centered around the interior of this building.

To be honest...with a show like WICKED, you would want a full view of the stage. Not sure what areas of the stage you won't be able to see. Go online, view seating chart to see which areas are blocked. Good luck... More
