Home of the Philadelphia Orchestra, one of the premier orchestras in the world. I am giving Verizon Hall high marks based upon being in the right place in the hall. I have attended many concerts there and three days ago heard Britten's War Requiem from seat J-114. J-114 is my favorite seat, orchestra left perhaps a third of the way... More

We arrived early for our 2:00 PM show at Perelman Theater inside Kimmel Center so we could get the free tour of the Kimmel given daily at 1:00 PM. The Kimmel Center truly is an engineering marvel, one of the most beautiful music halls in the world with great acoustics as well. During the tour we went up to the... More

The architecture of this place is beautiful! It has a very cool modern charm with classical entertainment. The lines of the theater with the ceiling lines I. The glass roof are an awesome sight. And the Philly orchestra is amazing. We saw this incredible classic movie with just as incredible classical music. It doesn't get much better than this!

I went to attend a concert by the Philadelphia Orchestra there. It is a fabulous hall visually and acoustically. Also, there is seating behind the orchestra and the sound was actually very good in this area with a slight accentuation of trumpets and percussion at the back of the orchestra (and closest to me!) It was very interesting to have... More

First visit to the Kimmel Center. What an amazing venue. There is not a bad seat in the house. Great acoustics, fantastic staff and an all around great atmosphere. There is parking available; albeit very limited. May be better off looking for off street or a garage closeby. Be prepared to pay city parking prices. This venue does offer concessions... More

We had third tier box seats for this wonderful concert. The acoustics were outstanding. IL VOLO was accompanied by a 55 piece orchestra and the two hour concert was extraordinary!

This is a wonderful example of how to create a modern concert hall. It's beautiful to look at, inside and out. Enjoying a performance here is wonderful, both acoustically and visually. The convertible wall panels adjust for the type and size of the performance and for the size of the audience. As a professional musician, I appreciate such attention to... More

Family went to see the Philadelphia Orchestra last night and it was a wonderful night. The music was incredible and the staff was very helpful The Kimmel Center has great acoustics and our seats in the second tier allowed us to take in the whole atmosphere of the night.
