If you enjoy a walk it is ok but it is not the best choose ,the grounds offer a picnic place and the Tomb stones show the history of the colonies so that is a plus!!!!!!.......There are lots of other sights in this general area...More

we chose to visit this cemetery while in philadelphia. even in the fall the grounds were stunning. there were architectually stunning mauseoleums.

We went on a wonderful tour of the cemetery which lasted more than and hour and was brimming with history and interesting facts.It was a hot day and at the end they provided us with snacks and water and lemonade. What a treat!

The cemetery has many interesting activities and is 78 acres. There are many interesting grave sites and it was built for people to enjoy. Definitely worth a visit.
