Jerry's Girls is a wonderful medley of Jerry Herman tines sung by three very talented and entertaining women. The costumes are very well done, the songs are engaging and performers are top notch. So glad we got to see this in the Independence Studio.

Check out their shows, great for kids and family. My grandmother would take me there when I was a child. I continued to go and had subscriptions. You will love it!

Walked in on an opened evening. Found an amazing cozy musical, reminiscent of old school theater. Not the most comfortable, or plush seating; however, highly recommended to have a up and close theatrical experience with actors. There are no assigned seats, so it is recommended to show up as soon as doors opened.

A professional theater company that puts on very entertaining performances. The theater itself has a great history so leave a few minutes to browse at some of the artifacts on display.

Subscriber for 10 years to the best theater for the most reasonable prices. Broadway shoes running for 6 weeks , unlike the Academy which only run 5 days. Therefore if you need to exchange, you have more options. Small theater upstairs as well running smaller, more intimate shows for extraordinary cheap prices starring fantastic music and acting. Children"s theater as... More

This is a great place to catch a show, whether it's the local theatre group of a visiting Broadway place, this historic theatre is an experience in itself.

The Walnut St Theatre is one of the oldest in the US, is worth the visit. Our seats on this visit were in the Orchestra level, clean lines and good view. The theatre has refreshments with a bar, it keeps you from being parched and solves that sweet tooth issue. The sets are spectacular definitely Broadway level. The show was... More

It is probably best that the audience for Laughter on the 23rd Floor was primarily senior citizens given this Neil Simon play is based on his experience as a young writer for the Sid Caeser show, a live comedy show. But given the current political environment vs Joe McCarthy back in this time, a correlation could be made for another... More

Our visit of course was colored by our enjoyment of the play we saw but the theatre itself was very nice and well maintained. We visited the box office the day of the play and therefore qualified for half-priced tickets ($35 rather than $70 each).
