This wonderful little Beaux-Arts style building sits in the middle of a formal Frensh garden, which in turn sits right in the middle of a plot along Benjamin Franklin Parkway. The museum consists of four cosy rooms of sculpture by the master. It costs only $10 to visit and it is well worth much more than that. Members of the... More

Not large, but since it was included with the Art Museum ticket we came here. Just OK and probably not as good for kids. You can see The Thinker outside for no charge.

I have been to the Rodin museum several times over the years but this was my first time back in about 4 years. It had been renovated and different pieces rotated it. For anyone whom likes sculpture it is an ethereal experience. I highly recommend going at noon when there is a free guide. We arrived about 45 minutes early... More

It's kind of off the beaten path a little bit, but is a beautiful little museum. I was originally looking to see the "Thinker" statue outside, but was quite impressed with the grounds. It's very serene, beautiful gardens and displays. Not some place we spent a lot of time with kids, but a very nice place to at least stop... More

I have visited this wonderful museum a number of years ago, but this was the first visit after the renovation. Wonderful little place dedicated to Rodin - mostly bronze (most of his marble is in Paris), but a great selection of works and a wonderful opportunity to engage with Rodin's work in a very intimate setting. The new smartphone app... More

Sure, see the Thinker. Everybody does. Take the required number of photos. The really stare and take in the gates. Amazing.

I'll start by saying that I've been to the Rodin museum in Paris so I knew what to expect. Basically there are replications of Rodin's major pieces-- (lots of) hands, Gates of Hell, the Thinker, the Burghers, etc. The garden area obviously is no replica of the one in Paris but it's well done. Staff are friendly and I attended... More

A great collection of Rodin's scultures. Fairly small museum that you can visit while you wait your scheduled visit at Barnes.

Small place but lots to see definitely a place I'll come see more often! It was well recommended by my sister (she attended the Univ. of the Arts) and was at this museum many times.
