Reading Terminal Market has everything! I went there twice a day during a recent business trip to Philadelphia - starting my culinary adventure with pretzel caramel swirl ice cream! The Pennsylvania Dutch merchants look just like they did sixty years ago when I toured Lancaster...More

No visit is complete to Philadelphia without at least one stop at Reading Terminal Market. The bustling booths filled with a variety of ethnic dishes and baked goods, gifts, and special foods is filled with too many temptations to sample in one visit. Try to...More

A typical, old-school PA style market. Lots of variety of vendors. Awesome places for doughnuts, ice cream, chocolates, etc. So many different places to find lunch / dinner (cajun, Amish home-style, cheesesteaks, Asian cuisine, etc) but also has craft stands, a butcher, and vegetable stalls....More

It is the place we had our lunch. Difficult to find veg options still 1-2 shops offer it. It is really very crowded and we ordered take away. Food was nice . Located in downtown so a must place to visit

You can find just about anything here from takeout meals, ice cream, butchers and vendors selling a mix of just about anything you could want. Be advised the close the maker early.
