This was our first time doing something like this. The walk and view was refreshing. We would definitely do this again.

This park has a lot of potential however, there are a lot of homeless people sleeping on or near the playground which is a bit unnerving to parents and grandparents. The river and the bridge crossings are beautiful. Do not leave children unsupervised as there are a lot of rocks and craggy edges in this climbing park

If you do find yourself in Little Rock this is the place to go. Just blocks from the market and good places to eat and near a trolley spot you can find plenty to do in this area. The park had joggers and bikers and had a unique play area for kids with a long tunnel slide and rocks to... More

If your a couple take a padlock with you to the bridge. You can walk across the river on the bridge and put a padlock on the bars to show your love. Cool view. Nice stroll along the river.

I often use the River Trail to run, cycle and inline. Even when there are events, people are very courteous. Having moved here from Chicago, it very much reminds me of that city’s beautiful Lake Front; buy without all of the people. You can get a tan, watch the fireworks or all the ships go by, read, listen to a... More

I remember this area years ago. It was full of delapitated warehouses with a pinch of a few businesses still hanging In there. The city planners then came up with an idea. Copying a miniature size of San Antonia's beautiful Riverfront area, a Pavillion, Marketplace, and countless businesses flowered from the renovations of the many empty warehouses. Keeping the historic... More

This is a great place to hang out with the Family. You can use the bridges to walk to North Little Rock also.

This is a park along the Arkansas River. Great for strolling with children and pets. There are many things to see, access to walking bridges across the river, the Clinton Library and the Witt Stephens Nature Center (which is FREE!)

I work downtown and love to walk the riverfront park at lunchtime. Be sure that you don't miss the sculpture garden by the Marriott. Kids will find the playground to be one of their favorites.
