Great place to sit and admire the tall buildings and it architectural designs from the past century. No smoking allowed in ALL NYC parks. This park sits in the center of many historical buildings and subway lines.

At the foot of the Brooklyn Bridge and if you cross the BB it is a very nice place to see before or after your crossing. From that park you can see City Hall which is a nice building.

Walk by this park almost twice or more in a week, close to Park row, about 3mins to the World Trade Center, you can also take your time and take to the lady Statue of Liberty, Wall Street, and the charging bull

Took a late morning walk back and forth over the Brooklyn Bridge. Then, we all grabbed some take-away and sat on park benches near the City Hall Park fountain. Very enjoyable break. Nice and safe park.

There are lots that are okay in price closer to either of the rivers. It would be a short walk to City Hall Park from there.

Yes, absolutely. The pedestrian walkway is right there. Just a tad SE. It's a must when you visit lower Manhattan. Enjoy and bring your camera.
