We went mainly because of Light Balance, we saw them on America’s Got Talent but we got so much more. Amazing show all the Illusionists were jaw dropping. Each one had their own specialty and none disappointed. Was bought the seats well after they went on sale and had very last row last 4 seats on the left side of the theater and was able to see everything perfectly. The show is only playing at the Marquis until December 30th so if you’re in the city I totally recommend!

If you like Gloria Estefan and her music, this is the musical for you.
Great cast, great dancing.
Lots of songs you will recognize: (here's some of them)
Get on Your Feet
Conga
Live For Loving You
Rhythm is Gonna Get You
Reach
I would watch it again
The show "On Your Feet" is directed by two-time Tony Award® winner Jerry Mitchell (Kinky Boots), with choreography by Olivier Award winner Sergio Trujillo (Jersey Boys) and based on a book by Academy Award® winner Alexander Dinelaris (Birdman).

Very pleased with the size and comfort of this theatre. Unlike most theatres we've visited, this one had roomy seats so you didn't ever bump the person next to you or feel like you were squished into your seat. Surprising large as well.
Even more convenient is staying at the Marriott Marquis because this theatre is on the 3rd floor of the hotel so you don't even have to go outside. I left my purse and my coat in the room, then went back for it after the show so we could go have a night on the town.

Seats were very comfortable!! Was shocked at the legroom too, which was quite a luxury elsewhere. Loved Tootsie, you will too!

As stated by others, the seating was tight---------but most of the seats in the orchestra section are fine except the far sides , left or right and not past row s (did not check mezz. section). -------------The play was well done by the entire cast-----------but, the absolute highlight is ana villafane who plays gloria estefan-------------Ana sounded just like Gloria and her energy on stage (singing, dancing & acting) was a sight to behold. She alone is worth the price of admission.

Let me say at the outset, I am reviewing the Marriott Marquis theatre itself - not the On Your Feet production. We arrived at the theatre for a Wednesday matinee - total confusion. At street level we were herded (rather rudely) into ticketholder and non-ticketholder lines. Then we boarded escalators to arrive at the third floor where there was even more confusion. Multiple long winding lines to enter the theatre, lines with no demarcation, lines that intersected each other, lines that intersected with the ladies room line...and to compound matters, a VERY loud yelling attendant was running everywhere telling people to move away from this area, move away from that area, etc. No benches for those with mobility issues (like my husband) to sit and wait while a partner stood on line. If stairs are a problem don't ever buy a balcony ticket here - a long winding staircase is the only way to get to those seats. This is a very large theater - 1600 seats - and I attended on a full house day. That shouldn't be an excuse. The theatre entrance area was just not properly set up and organized to ensure the comfort and safety of theatregoers. ( I shudder to think of what would have happened if all of these people had to suddenly exit.) Maybe that's why the attendants were so stressed - and why I was so stressed by the time I got to my seat. Once inside, the theatre and seats were fine, but I'm a Marriott Rewards member and I have come to expect a lot from the Marriott name. Someone from corporate needs to attend a production here on a "full house day" and then hopefully, make some changes.

When and if this show comes back I would definitively make it a priority to see it again.
I've seen 100's of shows in New York so far and this is on top of them all. It was Funny, exciting, daring, intense, and best of all breathtaking.
The best parts of all the shows is the interaction with the crowd. Some of the crowd members that they had pulled on stage were all brave and made the show more interesting.
I had Premium seats for this event and I would surely come back here to see them when they are on tour.

Theatre in the heart of times square. Theatre clean, seats good and very nice sound system. You are not at a real Jimmy Buffet concert (no fin to the left, right by the audience and every one stays seated) but Escape to Margaritaville is just a lively fun broadway experience. Nothing serious, just fun

I am looking to book seats for On Your Feet. Looking at prices in Australian dollars - we can get tickets in Row J Mezzanine for $127AUD, however the tickets for Row L Mezz are $93 AUD - L being the back row. Does anyone know if there are any obstructions to view in the back row, other than it being 2 rows further back than J?
