Went to Richard Rodgers theater to see Hamilton. The show was fantastic, couldn’t recommend it enough! However, I’m just an average height person at 5’11” but my knees were jammed against the seat in front and I was numb from the waste down by the...More

The ladies room experience at the Richard Rogers Theatre was dehumanizing. The line was incredibly long and they have impolite employees rushing you along like you are cattle. All they would need was an electric prod to complete the experience. The line issue may not be...More

After waiting for over two years, my daughter and I went to see Hamilton at the Richard Rodgers Theatre. We arrived early and took the prerequisite photo with the marquee and with the paintings outside the venue. We also checked out the Hamilton store across...More

We attended a showing of Hamilton (which is phenomenal) and unfortunately had an issue during the show. The management was very accommodating and helpful. I’m very impressed and thankful to the manager, Tim, for handling our situation quickly and kindly. The theatre is like stepping...More

The Richard Rogers theatre is a beautiful old venue, but like a lot of Broadway theatres, it is old. The venue is gorgeous but could do with some love. The show, Hamilton, was wonderful. The sound quality was excellent, and our seats in the second...More

We anticipated and loved the production of Hamilton! RRT is gorgeous and historic. But I honestly worried about any issue that would require an evacuation. We had seats on the second row of the Mezzanine (up two levels). Thankfully my 6’3” husband had an aisle...More

We went to watch Hamilton. We were somewhat disconcerted when we found a long line half an hour before the show was due to start but I was impressed by how efficiently they got everyone seated. The seats left something to be desired in terms...More

Hamilton (the show) was amazing. The theatre was very nice with plenty of bathrooms,...but only on the first floor. The was literally no legroom and even the woman next to me who was barely taller than 5’ was not comfortable. So at 6’1”, I had...More

My teenage daughter said seeing Hamilton was on her bucket list....... first I didn’t know a teenager had a bucket list, but maybe she’s just a lot more mature then I was at that age. But back to the point. I took her to see...More

Lovely theater, well appointed. Seats are small, and although I am a petite woman, my knees were killing me from the cramped seating. That is a small complaint because I thoroughly enjoyed my seats in the orchestra and was mesmerized by the show!!

We attended a matinee, but they opened the theater doors 30 minutes before curtain. We were in line earlier, but honestly, the line went quick! We were very surprised they got everyone into the theater in 30 minutes.
