Don’t miss if you are in Central Park, more historic for Beatles or John Lennon fans. It is near the American Museum of Natural History. See the nearby Strawberry Fields Memorial in Central Park.

We stay near here while in NYC so we walk past it a lot. It was where John Lennon lived and Strawberry fields and the Imagine spot are just across the street in Central Park, so it's worth a quick look if you want to...More

This iconic building is where John Lennon was shot dead in Dec 1980 By a deranged fan Mark Chapman. This building is still home to Johns widow Yoko Ono, other famous people that live there is Bono from the band U2

This is a icon in NYC and if you're visiting Central Park its about 2/3 of the way up on the left if you're entering from the south end of the part. You can see it from a long way down. Most tours will also...More

Here many famous and wealthy people have lived and lived here. Remember Jonh Lennon's apartment and when I killed him here in front ... a tragedy.

Immortalised as the building where John Lennon lived and died but it actually has so much more to value - a building of amazing design and architecture and whilst it may be ignored by the sheer mass of surrounding buildings today, it had huge significance...More

On our way to Central Park we made a point of calling by this apartment building to see where John Lennon lived and died. Maybe because there was some work going on but we didn't see anything to commemorate his life or the incident itself....More
