Venue is good sound-wise however, if you don't get a good spot on the main floor you are scuppered. What you can't see on the picture are the posts holding up the balcony area which obscure the view. At $23 dollars for two drinks it...More

Went with my daughter and thought the venue was great. We were on ground floor general admission and it was easy to get there, line moved quick, bar was reasonable and not too busy. Would recommend it as a venue.

One of my favorite venues in NYC. Excellent vantage points from various places. Plentiful, clean bathrooms with attendants. Upstairs bar very comfortable and great viewing/filming area.

This venue is ok in my option compared to other venues. Coat check is $4 and if you need to smoke and catch a breather, there is a upstairs outdoors area for that with bathroom and a bar there. 2nd level of the venue has...More

Read the other terrible reviews. They are all right! If you don't get up front on the main floor or stand along the railings on the 2nd and 3rd level you CAN'T SEE A THING! Don't waste your money. It's the worst set up. Security...More

Have been to this venue at least 4 times for concerts. Always impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Security does a great job in making the venue feel safe despite what at times can be over enthusiastic fans. Thank you to George...More

This is the worst place I've ever seen a band perform in my 48 years of living if you don't want to be in the mosh pits on the floor. Number one - it is run down. I took my son to see Bring Me...More

Great and numerous bar space, big enough to get great acts but not so big to lose intimacy. I've seen the Lumineers, Empire of the Sun and Thievery Corporation to name a few. If you can score space on the vip level definitely worth it...More

I've never been to terminal five but in reviews I read that someone got in by giving the guy at the rope $20 but another person said he offered $20 and he didn't get in.
