I'll start by saying I'm not a cigar lover, but as a special birthday treat for my husband I joined him at the club. It was exactly the kind of venue I enjoy for a good nightcap, and their bourbon, whisky, cognac and cocktails menu...More

I go to New York several times a year for pleasure. My evenings always end here. Cigars and a night cap or two! Steve is great on Saturday night.

Excellent apres dinner venue. You can settle in with your favorite cigar, girl and friends and converse without crazy loud music. Just light chit chat from neighboring tables. Bar is upscale as it should be. Will be back

Step into a smoke filled room and light up a cigar. The sounds of Sinatra fill the air and you wonder to yourself , why don't they have more places like this. Word of warning, if you can't stand the smoke, don't go. It gets...More

I think your right it is very smoky and has a largely older crowd 40+ though I'm sure he would enjoy the music..
I would like to take my cousin (who is a huge Frank Sinatra fan) to the Carnegie Club on 3rd December. We are coming all the way to New York from London to celebrate his 18th birthday. Will we be able to get into the Club for the Sinatra Saturday night, or is there a 21+ age restriction?

I believe it won't be possible for 18YO to enter, but to be sure you have to ask the club.

I can't be 100% sure but they do have a website and seem to have live music regularly we did see a great live band on a Friday night there. Even if there isn't music it is still so worth it to visit!
